Mission Statement We are a community-driven Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) service based in Ohio, founded through the lived experiences of peers and families who have faced transportation barriers to accessing both mental and physical healthcare. At QF&H;, we understand the stress, uncertainty, and impact that missed or delayed appointments can have on individuals and their loved ones. Our mission is to bridge that gap by providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services.
